Bordeaux & Aquitaine

June 10-19, 2019: Join us for a 10-day cultural, culinary, and wine exploration of the elegant region of Bordeaux and Aquitaine known for prestigious wine châteaux and villages, exquisite cuisine and Atlantic coastal towns. After meeting in Paris, we’ll travel to Pauillac located in the heart of the Left Bank wineries and Château Cordeillan-Bages, a Relais & Chateaux property overlooking the vineyards of Château Lynch-Bages and our home base for nine days. Our adventures in the Southwestern region will include private tours of tony wine châteaux and tastings hosted by Bordeaux wine expert Martine Mandé. On day trips to nearby towns, we’ll explore Cognac, Cap Ferret, St. Emilion, Sauternes, St. Estephe, St. Julien, Margaux, and the beautiful newly renovated city of Bordeaux. Secrets of  Le Pays de la Loire

September 12 - 22, 2019: Join us for a 11-day culinary, cultural, and wine exploration of the Loire Valley’s secret treasures! Loire native Philippe will share fascinating details of this former vacation spot of French royalty and celebrated as the “Garden of France” for its abundance of wineries and family-owned farms.  After meeting in Paris, we’ll travel to Le Mans (Philippe’s birthplace) and its old center, Le Vieux Mans, one of the most impeccably restored medieval town centers in France and the cornerstone of the Plantagenêt dynasty. We’ll discover the local Jasnières wines, Chenin Blancs with unusual aging potential, and visit a family farm in La Sarthe, the surrounding countryside. Next we’ll continue south to historic Candes-Saint-Martin, designated one of the “Plus Beaux Villages de France.” Located between Saumur and Chinon, the magnificent Château de Candes will be our home for the next eight days. Overlooking the confluence of the Loire and Vienne Rivers, Candes is a perfect location for discovering local specialities: famous Loire red wines, goat cheese, and mushrooms nurtured in nearby troglodyte caves carved out of white tufa stone. We’ll delight your palate with locally-sourced meals in bistros, Michelin-starred restaurants, and custom meals prepared for us in our private château!


Price includes: First night in a four-star hotel in Paris, two nights in an elegant guest house in Le Vieux Mans and eight nights in the beautifully appointed Château de Candes, 10 breakfasts, 9 hosted lunches and 10 hosted dinners, all beverages and fine wines paired with meals. ​The Boët's Paris-Provence​

In a nutshell: Using our local savvy, we'll host two gourmet days in the tony St. Germain neighborhood of Paris dining in a few of our favorite Left Bank restaurants and visiting artisanal food shops. Next, we'll travel to Aix-en-Provence before boarding our private 127-foot barge for a 6-day culinary cruise along the Rhone. While in Provence, we'll inspire your inner foodie by exploring family-owned boutique wineries, enjoying hands-on cooking classes, and discovering picturesque Provençal villages and their farmer's markets. At each stop our private on-board chef will shop for fresh, local ingredients to prepare our lunches​ and dinners of Provençal cuisine accompanied by regional wines. Read more...

Champagne & Alsace

Philippe and Lisa Boët are delighted to announce the newest Voyage Boët itinerary -- a 10-day luxury food and wine experience of Champagne and Alsace. We meet in Paris to dine at Philippe and Lisa's favorite Left Bank restaurants before we travel to Champagne by private motor coach to spend a weekend visiting the Maisons de Champagne vineyards and an escargot farm. We'll explore the historic, authentic town of Colmar in Alsace, with stops at Grands Crus Alsace wineries and a visit to the Munster Valley, surrounded by the Vosges mountains and home of the renowned farm cheese. We'll participate in a hands-on pastry class in Strasbourg, and travel to the medieval town of Freiburg, Germany, western gateway to the mysterious Black Forest. Dordogne & Gascogne

Join us for a culinary-wine adventure discovering the French Southwest regions of Dordogne and Gascogne, steeped in tradition and under-the-radar for most culinary explorers. We rendezvous in Paris before traveling to Bordeaux/St. Emilion to visit a winery and have lunch in the village. Then we continue to Tremolat, home base for our exploration of Perigord Noir in Dordogne. We'll stay in our first of two Relais & Chateaux luxury hotels, Le Vieux Logis, a former tabacco farm with a Michelin-starred restaurant. Read more...


Le Pays Basque

You'll join us in the heart of Le Pays Basque for a 8-day food and wine exploration of France's best kept secret: this gorgeous region surrounded by the Pyrénées mountains and the rugged Atlantic coast in the southwestern corner of France.  Perched on cliff overlooking the rocky Atlantic coast and a short walk to the village of St. Jean de Luz, the four-star Hôtel La Réserve will be our home away from home. Throughout the week we will explore the fascinating culinary traditions and experience first hand Basque artisans at work including visits to: Espelette, home of the famous A.O.C. Piment; the fourth-generation family-owned Domaine Brana winery; an authentic cider mill; and a train ride to the top of the Rhune mountain. A day in Bayonne will include a private tour of the Basque museum, lunch on the banks of the Nive River and a chocolate tasting in this mythic city, the birthplace of chocolate making in Europe.
