Join us for a culinary-wine exploration of the unique regions of Champagne and Alsace. After meeting in Paris, we’ll travel to Reims and Epernay, home of the world’s most exclusive bubbly wines. Next is the historic village of Colmar in Alsace, our home for the following six days. Located in the heart of the Grand Cru Alsatian wine region, we’ll explore the Vosges mountain foothills with excursions to the villages of Kaysersberg and Riquewihr. Additional destinations include Munster Valley, home of the famed farm cheese, the European capital of Strasbourg, and Basel, Switzerland, the western gateway to the Black Forest. Flammekueche, Kougelhopf, and sophisticated wines will delight your palate while we dine in traditional winstubs
and Michelin-starred restaurants.
